Project Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, quantity 
surveyors, and contractors.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Manage procurement processes, contracts, and cost control measures.
Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related 
field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 8 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in 
construction or infrastructure.
PMP certification (or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
