PLUMBER

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plumber to join our team at Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited. As an Airport Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances throughout the airport. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and airport standards.

Key Responsibilities 

• Install, Maintain, and Repair Plumbing Systems: Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. 

• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues, including leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures. 

• Ensure Compliance with Codes and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and airport standards. 

• Perform Preventative Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including inspecting and testing plumbing systems, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. 

• Collaborate with Other Trades: Collaborate with other trades, including electricians, carpenters, and HVAC technicians, to ensure effective and efficient maintenance and repair of airport facilities. 

• Respond to Emergencies: Respond to plumbing-related emergencies, including after-hours and on-call situations. 

• Maintain Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance, repairs, and inspections. 

Requirements 

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plumbing maintenance and repair. 

• Airport Experience: Experience working in an airport environment is an asset. 

• Knowledge of Codes and Regulations: Knowledge of relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and airport standards. 

• Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift heavy equipment, and work at heights. 

• Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance.
