We are looking to fill the position of a Passenger Sales Officer to ensure capturing and accurate reporting of passengers and all related activities of all airlines operating from our airport terminal. The successful candidate is expected to work seamlessly with our partner airlines.

Responsibilities: Ø Accurate counting of flying passengers/collation of Airline Manifest and Avio Bridge usage. Ø Proper documentation and reporting of flight figures. Ø Ensure instant reconciliation of flight figures and sign-off of the manifest with airlines. Ø Timely and proper documentation/reporting of in/outbound flights. Ø Log/report and evaluate all customer complaints/issues pertaining to flight operations. Ø Ensure the timely and satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints/issues. Ø Serve as compliance officers in the terminal Qualification and Experience: Ø Education: Minimum of OND in any discipline. Ø Experience: Work experience in Aviation/airport related Business may be an added advantage |
