Job Summary: Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Lounge Services to oversee and enhance the operations of our premium lounges. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance lounge services, ensuring a premium customer experience.  
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff management, service quality, and operational efficiency.  
  • Drive marketing and sales initiatives to increase lounge patronage and revenue.  
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, corporate clients, and VIP customers.  
  • Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.  
  • Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.  
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.  
  • Lead, mentor, and develop lounge staff to ensure service excellence. 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • BSc in any relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing).  
  • MSc or MBA is an added advantage.  
  • 5–10 years of experience in customer service, marketing, and sales.  
  • Experience in the aviation industry is an added advantage.  
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proven ability to drive sales and improve customer experience.
