We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Construction Manager to lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, from planning to completion 

• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and site teams 

• Interpret architectural, structural, and electrical designs and ensure proper execution 

• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders 

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure strict adherence to HSE policies 

• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution 

• Provide technical direction and mentoring to project staff and subcontractors 

• Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction management or related field 

• Proven background in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or Building Management 

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines 

• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, COREN, NIQS, ARCON) are a strong advantage 

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 

• Proficient in project management tools and construction software
