LOUNGE ATTENDANT

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lounge Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing the lounge to achieve budgeted sales targets, supervising and working directly with the Head of Department, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the lounge and achieve budgeted sales targets.

Collaborate with the Head of Department to create and execute sales plans, promotions, and events. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners. 

Supervise and coordinate the marketing of the lounge to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.

Work closely with the Head of Department and the marketing team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Ensure shift coverage when needed, including weekends, night shift, and holidays to ensure seamless lounge operations.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.

Proven record of accomplishment of achieving sales targets and developing effective marketing strategies.

Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
